The nature of the Serpent

Dear friends

I came across a true story which impressed me deeply, as it is SO full of truth, analogy, wisdom, teachings, parable and metaphor – it’s just one of the best stories ever!!

It is about a woman who had a pet snake – you can read the full story here.

So this woman, who must have clearly already been ensnared by the devil to buy a “pet snake” in the first place, took their “pet” to bed every night…. the snake curled up next to the woman, also stretched out fully next to her sometimes, and the woman still didn’t think anything of it!!!
The snake had the woman completely fooled into forgetting its nature.
The woman became worried when the snake stopped eating and took it to the vet.
The vet had to explain to the woman that her snake was actually in the middle of its preparations to eat her!
It had been sizing her up whilst she was asleep, the movements the snake had been making, which the woman interpreted as “bonding moments”, had actually been rehearsals for the snake to understand her size and how to devour her – and that was also the reason the snake had stopped eating! It had been starving itself so that its system would be able to digest and process such a large piece of prey – a human being, the very human being whom it had been living with, the very human being who had loved it, fed it, opened their home for it to live in…..

You would have thought that the snake would have loved the woman back – at least that would have been the response that would have seemed natural and appropriate – yes, for US, for humans – that’s what WE do.
If someone is good to us, giving us food, shelter, care, love – we are grateful and we are enjoying to be looked after, to be taken care of, so we respond with loving them.
That’s how we are naturally wired and that’s how we operate.
That’s also a pattern and a description for the love between us and GOD, that’s how the bible explains it:

1 John 4:19

¹⁹ We love him, because he first loved us.

That’s the way it’s supposed to be, made to be, meant to be.
Healthy, reciprocal and mutual love designed by GOD.

However, that’s not the nature of the serpent.

And I love how true the serpent as an animal is to the nature of “the serpent” who was defeated by GOD: the devil.
The serpent doesn’t love.
It only seeks to devour.
When it isn’t attacking, it is only planning and preparing for an attack.
The serpent is not loyal.
Everybody is prey for them.
Everybody who will let them come close will be killed and devoured.
Even if the prey seems very big and if it should take an extensive amount of time and effort to destroy and devour them, the serpent will go to any lengths to become able for the big strike!
It doesn’t matter if we are good to the serpent or even love it so much, doesn’t matter if we feed it and open our home to it, eventually, it will devour us!

And yet, so many of us believe this time, it will be different!

We fall for their pretty colors, we are fascinated with the exotic touch and the feeling of “being special” that having this “Pet” brings into our lives!!!!
I believe many people who are involved in ANY kind of satanic practices, openly satanic ones and “under cover” demonic / satanic ones, are people who are bored, feeling empty, feeling lonely and unworthy – until they find this group of “special people” who are different, fascinating, and they welcome them, that’s a place and a group where they can belong!
A “tribe”, a “family” where they feel loved – at least at first, until they find out that it’s wrong and fake there, that this isn’t love – but more often than not, that’s when it’s already too late!

Take cults for instance, let me use the example of Scientology!
Would you believe that I was once attracted to their concepts and ideas and I almost went there, I even read their book!
So the “bait” they are luring people in with is always some sort of extraordinary success they are promising, some sort of “superpowers” people could get if engaging with them – and their methods haven’t changed until this day! I only remembered them when I saw ads for their “courses” on eventbrite whilst looking for interesting events to attend when my friend will visit in February, I saw them advertise all kinds of “self-development” courses, and just like a snake being friendly and domesticized and a pet to take to bed with you, they all sound “too good to be true!!!”.
That’s one telltale sign, friends, when something sounds or appears too good to be true, then it probably isn’t true and even very dangerous, because following this route will very often get you very damaged in many ways, if you are lucky, it will “only” cause financial damage!
Back to Scientology: so they lure people in by the promise that they will be able to “clear” themselves from ALL blockages caused by any type, sort and amount of trauma, which is according to Scientology, aka L.Ron Hubbard, who wrote this book that I read at the time and who is the founder of the cult, the book is called “dianetics”, he says that all trauma is stored in the body by “blocks” which can be cleared.
And then, once they are all cleared, we can live our full potential, operate in our full power – I believe they call it “clearance levels” – friends, this stuff makes sense!!!
I’ve always said it and I will keep saying it: the devil is not an idiot! He is clever. He’s been around more and longer than you & I and whilst nothing is further from me than giving him any glory, we also must be aware of his powers and mustn’t underestimate him – at the same time always remember that WE have the tools to overcome him EVERY time because we are with the ONE who has already won the battle.
Again, back to Scientology:
The way they are suggesting how to clear yourself from all the blocks is by seeing them, one of their practitioners/therapists, I forgot how they call them, but it sounds as if it is similar to psychoanalysis, where patients go and tell them every single detail about themselves and their childhood, any abuse, any trauma, any addictions, filthy habits – any dark secrets.
The person would record everything.
For the purpose of “clearing” – so they say.
Remember the serpent, when it was seemingly cuddling with this woman and truly sizing her up and preparing to kill her?
Same principle there (and everywhere, in every method and snare of the devil, he ALWAYS operates this way!) – the clearance practitioner records all this information about the person and at some point, more or less further down the line, depending on the ability to discern this person has, depending on how much the person is willing to admit to themselves that this stuff doesn’t work – at some point, they will want to leave the organisation, will want to stop the “clearing process”.
Then, the knowledge they have about this person will be used against them to blackmail them into staying, into continuing to give all their money to the organisation.
At least that’s what people who managed to exit this cult say.
Do your research if you don’t believe me!
People who exit other cults say the same thing.
This is just to speak about the general principle, there is a lot more to it – they are all doing their best to isolate their new recruit from their old friends, even from their family, especially when these people try to warn them and open their eyes to the exploitative and manipulative ways of this cult.

Same with the woman, probably.
She would have dropped all her friends and loved ones who had told her that it is dangerous to take a large snake into bed at night, or even to have a snake in your house in the first place.
She would have cut them off, telling them that they are narrow-minded, ignorant, that they have no understanding – she would have chosen the snake over true friends and over people who really love her.

And the more time she would have spent with the snake, the closer they would have become.

Literally.

The closer the woman got to the snake, the more she would have no longer been able to see the signs, to understand the typical behaviour as what it was: preparation for the kill.

Friends, I have experienced this.

JESUS was my vet, HE was the one who showed me what was truly happening.

I hope that this story will help someone understand the principles the devil operates under, because his job is only and always to steal, to kill and to destroy!

John 10:10
¹⁰ The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy:
I am come that they might have life,
and that they might have it more abundantly.

Only with JESUS will you have life.
The instant gratification he promises, all the snares he whispers in your ear that you are so special, chosen, his most precious one, they are all lies and if you don’t get out of there, I promise and guarantee you that he will kill you.
If not in this life, he will definitely make sure that you won’t go to heaven and spend eternity in hell with him.

Please understand this.

All the devil can ever give you is pain, torture, death – perhaps for a few moments of cheap thrills, a high, some fake and superficial and very short-lived pseudo-satisfaction that will never last and you will pay for it with the consequences – in the worst case, even with an eternity in hell.

PLEASE pray about this and ask GOD to reveal the truth to you – don’t believe me, believe THE ONE I serve: JESUS CHRIST.
Because only JESUS CHRIST is the true saviour, who can save your soul.
JESUS is the way, the truth and the life.
HE died on the cross for your sins, yes, that’s right, for yours and mine… it is all such a fascinating and yet true story. JESUS CHRIST came to earth as the SON OF GOD to save us all from the devil. And HIS works are still relevant today, HE is as alive today as he was more than 2000 years ago. And if you are not saved, HE wants to save you today, right here and right now: please don’t stay under the power of the king of darkness, please join us and give your life to THE LORD.

Here is an example of what you can pray in your heart right now, if you want to make JESUS LORD over your life:

“Dear Heavenly Father, I acknowledge and confess that I have not lived my life for YOU to this day, but have been living for myself and in sin and that is wrong. Please forgive me of all of my sins just as I forgive others. I need YOU in my life; I want YOU in my life.
I recognize the completed work of YOUR only begotten Son JESUS CHRIST in giving HIS life for me on the cross, I believe in my heart JESUS is LORD and that HE was raised from the dead and ask for YOUR forgiveness, which YOU have made freely available to me through this sacrifice.
Come into my life now, LORD!
Take up residence in my heart and be my KING, my LORD, and my SAVIOUR!
From this day forward, I will no longer be controlled by sin, or the desire to please myself, but I will follow YOU all the days of my life. Those days are in YOUR hands.
I ask this Jesus name.
Amen.”

The next thing to do is get a bible and find a church where you can receive further instructions, so that your new life in THE LORD may prosper and that you will become who HE made you to be.
