Dear friends,
I am sure you know someone who practices yoga!
Perhaps they are even a Christian – or they think they are…?
Or maybe you are even a member in a “church” which practices something called “Christian Yoga”?
Or perhaps a friend invited you to check out their yoga teacher and now, you are practicing it, but only for the physical benefits, as a form of physical exercise, to become more fit, more flexible and strengthen some of your muscles…?
Let me not fluff this up at all, but be very, very blunt and clear:
As a Christian, you MUST stay away from Yoga, because it is satanic and it is truly worshipping the devil and you will go to hell for it!
And I mean every word I said.
Yoga is an ancient hindu and buddhist, religious practice and all the poses are to ADORE and to worship different deities, which are all NOT OUR GOD, not the GOD of the bible, not THE FATHER OF JESUS CHRIST.
The bible is very clear about what GOD wants us to do regarding this matter!
I am sure you know what I am talking about, but here is just a quick reminder for those who don’t remember the exact words:
Exodus 20: 1-5
1And God spake all these words, saying,
2 I am the Lord thy God, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.
3 Thou shalt have no other gods before me.
4 Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth.
5 Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the Lord thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me;
There is no room for interpretation here, no cause for any possible misunderstanding.
Yoga comes from the word “to yoke”, which means to unite and it is so that everyone practicing it would become one with these deities, with the “other gods”.
These false gods, who are all brothers and sisters of the devil himself, they don’t care about your intention of doing it. If you are doing it for physical exercise and not to worship them, that’s absolutely fine with them.
Why?
Because it gives them a LEGAL RIGHT to enter you, to own you, to torment you, to kill you.
John 10:10
The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.
And neither does OUR FATHER care why you do it!
HE will allow them to destroy you!
HE will NOT keep you from doing it and HE will not save you from the consequences, unless you repent and understand that what you have done was wrong.
HE is not a respecter of persons, but of covenants.
You either have a covenant with HIM and then you stay away from these things and from ALL kinds of idol worship, OR you can do them and then, you belong to the devil.
It’s not complicated, friends!
It’s up to you!
OUR FATHER will always respect our free will, HE will never force us to serve HIM and to go to heaven, it is our choice.
If we want to serve HIM, HE will love us, forgive us and protect us.
If we don’t want to, we will go to hell, because we have given ourselves to the devil.
It’s all in the book, the instructions are very, very clear.
And so are the warnings about false teachers, about deception, about the end times and about the consequences of sin and of idolatry and of fornication…
People or doctrines who invite you to sin, who tell you that “you are god”, that you can sleep with whomever you like, that your mind is not for thinking, but to overcome it, they are not your friends!
GOD has said it.
When you do these things, HE will not protect you.
You can like it or not, think of it whatever you want to, that’s what HE said and HE is GOD and nobody will change HIS words or HIS mind or HIS truth.
You can dislike it OR you can understand and learn to cherish that EVERYTHING GOD said is TRUE.
Not just the warnings.
Also the promises.
That the warnings are even there so that you will be able to enjoy the promises, the provisions, the blessings.
HE wants to give you all these things.
But HE can’t if you don’t let HIM.
To live for yourself, to do what you want – or to do a little bit of what GOD said and a little bit of what the devil tempts you to do – that automatically means that you belong to the kingdom of darkness.
You cannot live and not serve one of the 2 masters.
If you truly believe you are free or not serving anyone, you are strongly and firmly in the hands, in the tight grip of the devil’s claws.
And he can do with you whatever he pleases – and GOD will let him.
That’s the way it works.
But there is another way.
You can give your life to CHRIST.
You can even do it today and right here and right now!
If you are willing to repent of your sins and accept JESUS, the SON OF GOD, of the GOD OF ABRAHAM, ISAAC and JACOB, THE GOD OF ISRAEL, as your LORD and SAVIOR, HE will come into your life and save you and heal you!
If you have made this decision, you can pray this simple prayer (or change the wording and use your own words):
Dear Heavenly Father, I acknowledge and confess that I have not lived my life for YOU to this day, but have been living for myself and in sin and that is wrong. Please forgive me of all of my sins just as I forgive others. I need YOU in my life; I want YOU in my life.
I recognize the completed work of YOUR only begotten Son JESUS CHRIST in giving HIS life for me on the cross, I believe in my heart JESUS is LORD and that HE was raised from the dead and ask for YOUR forgiveness, which YOU have made freely available to me through this sacrifice.
Come into my life now, LORD!
Take up residence in my heart and be my KING, my LORD, and my SAVIOUR!
From this day forward, I will no longer be controlled by sin, or the desire to please myself, but I will follow YOU all the days of my life. Those days are in YOUR hands.
I ask this Jesus name.
Amen.

It would be good if you would find a local, Christian church soon and become a member there, but if you have questions or need help finding a true, bible believing church near you, please get in touch!
And those of you who had been believers before, but doubt what I said about yoga or any New Age “discipline”, anything coming from eastern mysticism, meditation, martial arts, crystals, horoscopes…
Don’t believe me!
In fact, please, also don’t not believe what I say only because of ME!
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE do your research AND pray about it!!!
Please read your bible about witches, about the devil, about false prophets and about how to test the spirits if they are of GOD!
And about what we are supposed and not supposed to do…
THE HOLY SPIRIT will guide you to the truth!
These evil spirits you are allowing into your body and into your life are extremely dangerous.
They can kill you.
And like I said, sorry, like GOD said, HE won’t protect you, HE can’t – if you do these things.
Here are just 2 videos I like, but there is so much material out there, books, videos, teachings – I believe that OUR FATHER wants us all to know more about these things – and I pray that you will do your research and that you will not have to learn it the hard way – like me.
So please if you don’t know that these things are all very dangerous, you can start educating yourself by watching these – or also if you want to help a friend, they are good videos, I think.
And I also recommend Derek Prince, jesustruthdeliverance.com, demonbuster.com, just to mention a few… there is so much more on the internet, like I said, the HOLY SPIRIT will guide you.
